PoAT Technical Operation Structure (1) Consensus Layer Architecture The PoAT system is divided into 5 main technical layers:

  • Network and Node LayerMaintains connections between validators via TLS 1.3 protocol, deployed on cloud + data center infrastructure

  • PoAT Consensus Layer - AI scores and validates nodes based on the Stake–Reputation–Accuracy–Performance model.

  • Distributed Storage Layer: Uses Merkle Tree + Hash Chain to ensure immutability.

  • Service and Smart Contract Layer: Enables automation and source code auditing with AI Auditing.

  • Access and Integration Layer (API Gateway):

    Connects to external systems and e-government services.
